STAN YOSHIHARA

Chief Visionary Officer

Stan YoshiharaStan Yoshihara is a dynamic presence, the visionary heart and soul of the R7 team.  He brings unbridled enthusiasm to an industry he views as exciting, and brimming each day with new opportunity to generate value for clients. He goes to work every day with the goal of “Making dreams come true for others.”  As leader of the R7 team, Stan’s focus is centered upon business development and client relationships.

Born and raised in San Jose, California, his father was a professional accountant and his mother a homemaker who raised the family.  Stan is the youngest of the three children.  He headed to UCLA for college and decided the opportunities in Southern California were ideal and he set down roots.

Stan says he fell into Real Estate after three years in retail merchandising.  While completing his MBA at USC, a classmate introduced him to Commercial Real Estate.  He discovered it fit his personality to a “T” and he was sold. Stan brings 30 years of experience to R7, both in Real Estate and business development.

Today, he is a voice of calm, creative solutions for investors, property owners and tenants, many of whom are concerned about not only surviving, but also thriving during these difficult economic times.  As the “Chief Visionary Officer,” Stan brings to the table more than 30 years of business experience and imagination to R7.  He has a passion for working tirelessly developing innovative ways to help clients protect their assets while providing the highest quality service available.  Stan says the recession has been a wake-up call to investors everywhere that what goes up must eventually come down.  Stan’s objective is to collaborate with clients, tenants, and service providers to form partnerships that serve long-range needs and goals. A great team-builder, Stan describes himself as the luckiest guy in the world who loves people and deep relationships.

Stan says the beauty of working with clients can be summed up in two words, “Relationships, baby.”  He particularly enjoys dealing directly with decision-makers and establishing the kind of long-term relationships that can only be forged when there is mutual trust and respect.  The future of the Commercial Real Estate Industry is remarkable for those who are able to see past the current crisis, according to Stan. 

A total family man, Stan says he is in love with his bride of 27 years and his two sons.  A gourmet cook, he enjoys treating his family, friends, and clients to his culinary creations and he loves tending his roses.  A major basketball fan, Stan plays competitively whenever possible.   Pet lovers, the Yoshihara family has two rat terriers, a koi pond and a tropical aquarium.
