Dora Oest

Dora Oest has one of the most challenging jobs at R7. As Executive Assistant she keeps everyone organized, on time, and in the right place.
Although Dora is of Vietnamese descent, she was born in Tokyo, Japan. Her parents immigrated to the United States when she was two years old, settling the family in Southern California. Although she is one of three children, Dora says she comes from a “huge” extended family. Her mother is the oldest of 10 children, and her dad is one of 6! Family reunions are very big events for the Oest family.
Real Estate wasn’t a planned stop on Dora’s original career path, but while working for Karinna Cassidy and Ashley Arthur, she began to discover she enjoyed many aspects of the industry. Interacting with on-site managers and tenant service coordinators opened up a new avenue of opportunity for Dora. She finds a real sense of satisfaction in providing R7 hospitality and personal service to clients.
Dora and her husband enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, and playing Wii.
